
Utilizing percussive breathing techniques of the Fletcher Work⢠and fundamental exercises of the Pilates work,
these classes focus on maintaining proper posture and spinal alignment (form). All classes offer a full-body
workout where strengthening and stretching are the primary focus.
Fletcher Pilates Quartets Foundation
Work on the building blocks of your practice. Breathing techniques and
spinal mechanics will be the main focus to ensure your Fletcher Pilates work with the Reformer,
Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector will be true to form! Designed as a
small group class with an emphasis on technique, participants will be
lead through a series of beginning/intermediate exercises to promote endurance,
strength and of course- flexibility. Consistent attendance recommended for progression to
Fletcher Pilates Practice Classes. *Pre-requisite - Completion of
Introductory Package and/or permission of instructor.
Group Reformer Foundation
Learn to set up equipment and work through foundation level Pilates Reformer exercises to
build upon concepts learned during you introductory 3 sessions. *Pre-requisite - Completion of
Introductory Package and/or permission of instructor.
