
Building on a solid base of fundamentals learned in Foundation Classes,
Practice classes will work on integrating technique with faster paced
movement. In addition, resistance is utilized to provide the necessary
building blocks for greater strength and flexibility.
Group Reformer Practice
A faster-paced, practice level class exploring the Level I and II
Pilates Reformer repertoire. Class size is limited- please register in
advance. *Pre-requisite: Completion of 5 private sessions or permission of instructor.
Belly Blast This
class uses a piece of Pilates apparatus, commonly referred to as the
Spine Corrector. The exercises in this intermediate practice class will
open and elongate the spine, strengthen the abdominals, and work the
entire body, with a focus on spinal mechanics. Pilates experience and
consistent attendance is strongly recommended. *Pre-requisite: Completion of 5 private sessions or permission of instructor.
Twisted Mat
Enhance Pilates Matwork using
the Fletcher Braided Towel. Taught by Studio Owner Jenna Wilayto,
this class will put your matwork to the test! *Pre-requisite -
Completion of Introductory Package and/or permission of instructor.
Fletcher Pilates Combo This
class will explore the innovative floorwork, Towelwork and Barrework designed by Master Teacher
Ron Fletcher. A great way to expand your strength and flexibility
with a workout you can do anywhere! *Pre-requisite -
Completion of Introductory Package and/or permission of instructor.
Fletcher Pilates Quartet An intermediate class exploring the Fletcher Pilates work with the Reformer,
Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and some new surprises! Designed as a
small group class with an emphasis on technique, participants will be
lead through a series of intermediate exercises to promote endurance,
strength and of course- flexibility. *Pre-requisite - Completion of 5 private sessions
